These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and cv998 ("cv998", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the cv998 online casino and sports betting platform available at cv998.io, including all associated services, games, features, and content (collectively, the "Platform").

Where age or identity cannot be satisfactorily verified, cv998 may suspend deposits and withdrawals, withhold winnings, and ultimately close the account. Any funds deposited during an unverified period may be returned to the source payment method minus any applicable transaction costs.

Each individual may hold only one registered account on cv998. Opening duplicate, secondary, or substitute accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all balances across all accounts, permanent closure of all accounts, and the withholding of any pending withdrawals.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials. You must not share your password with any other person. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals via bKash and Nagad are typically processed within one to five minutes under normal conditions, seven days a week including Eid holidays and BPL match days. Withdrawals to Visa or Mastercard may take three to five business days.

Before processing any withdrawal, cv998 may require the completion of identity verification (KYC). This process requires submission of a valid government-issued photo ID. Withdrawals may be held pending KYC completion without time limitation.

cv998 reserves the right to delay, withhold, or refuse a withdrawal request where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, money laundering, or any other violation of these Terms. In such cases, cv998 will notify the account holder and provide an opportunity to respond before any final decision is made.

cv998 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be published alongside each offer. Where a conflict exists between bonus-specific terms and these general Terms, the bonus-specific terms will apply to the subject bonus only.

General conditions applicable to all cv998 bonuses unless otherwise stated:

cv998 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, fraud suspicion, failure to complete identity verification, or at the player's own request.

Where an account is suspended for investigation, cv998 will notify the account holder by email within two business days and provide an opportunity to respond. The investigation period may last up to 30 calendar days. During this period, deposits and withdrawals will be suspended.
